So..you need my help,well you'll have to arrange a time with me,and give me your home phone as ill have to guide you through how to let me connect.

here are the steps you must follow:

1. Contact me to arrange a time

2. At the arranged time i will call you

3. Download TeamViewer

3. Run TeamViewer

4. Follow the process until you get this screen.

5. Tell me your ID and password over the phone

6. I will try to connect, if you get a popup asking if you would like to connect, click yes

7. You should get this window if the connection is successful

8. If i try to send you a file you will get a box like this

9. After this step you can leave your computer if you wish
