I was recently bidding on an bidding on an item made by Walt Disney pictures which has since been dis continued (item number 61489178506). In the last few minutes of the items action time i decided to inclrease my bid so as to hopefully win the item which i needed for a project. the bid process compleated as normall and i assumed that as usual my bid had been placed. unbenown to me my ebay acount had encoured an authentication error due to ebay recently starting a 'change your pssword' campaign to compensate the millions of innocent ebay users who had been victamized by ebays security flaws. the error most likley accored due to older device still containg my original password, whist my new devices contained the newer one. as a result of the authentication error my bid was not placed and the item was won by another user for a much lower price than what the item was worth... i feel that ebay has let me down.
